  1. Introduction

Our website, https://wizards.us (hereinafter: “the website”), uses local browser storage for essential preferences and, only when you allow it, optional analytics and Meta measurement of homepage visits and accepted enquiries. This document describes the current website implementation.

  1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small simple file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer or another device. The information stored therein may be returned to our servers or to the servers of the relevant third parties during a subsequent visit.

A script is a piece of program code that is used to make our website function properly and interactively. This code is executed on our server or on your device.

  1. What is a web beacon?

A web beacon (or a pixel tag) is a small, invisible piece of text or image on a website that is used to monitor traffic on a website. In order to do this, various data about you is stored using web beacons.

5.1 Technical or functional storage The website stores your analytics and Meta choices so that the same question does not have to be asked on every page. The contact form and the rest of the website remain usable when optional measurement is declined.

5.2 Statistics cookies We use statistics cookies to optimize the website experience for our users. With these statistics cookies we get insights in the usage of our website. We ask your permission to place statistics cookies.

  1. Current measurement services
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website traffic through Cloudflare’s first-party delivery. It is separate from Google Analytics.
  • Cloudflare Zaraz and Google Analytics 4 are used only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Zaraz loads from a first-party path on wizards.us and sends measurement events to the configured Google Analytics 4 property.
  • Meta Pixel measures visits to the English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian homepages after you choose “Allow analytics and Meta.” After the contact service accepts an enquiry, the same choice also permits one Lead event. The Pixel can then load on the page where the accepted enquiry occurred; it does not load on other pages merely because you visit them. No form fields are included in the Lead event. Meta may use browser identifiers and page context for campaign measurement. Google advertising features remain disabled.
  • The accepted-enquiry conversion contains only the event name and the fixed form label contact. Names, email addresses, company details, messages and other form values are not sent to analytics.
  1. Consent

When you visit our website for the first time, we show optional choices. “Essential only” keeps Google Analytics and Meta Pixel disabled. “Allow analytics” enables only analytics. “Allow analytics and Meta” also enables Meta homepage and accepted-enquiry measurement. You can reopen the panel at any time with the “Cookie choices” button and change your selection.

  1. Enabling/disabling and deleting cookies

You can use your internet browser to automatically or manually delete cookies. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be placed. Another option is to change the settings of your internet browser so that you receive a message each time a cookie is placed. For more information about these options, please refer to the instructions in the Help section of your browser.

If you delete browser storage, the website will ask for your choices again. Declining optional measurement does not disable the website or the contact form.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us, requesting services, or filling out forms on our website. This information may include, but is not limited to:

For Engine project briefs, we collect the project stage, target platform, mechanics, art direction, description and any optional timeline or private budget you supply. Cloudflare protects the form and supplies approximate request context: submission time, location and timezone, network, language, browser/device summary, form/referrer path, allowlisted campaign parameters and edge diagnostic identifiers where available. We use this context to respond and diagnose abuse; no external enrichment is added, and the raw IP is not included in the Engine brief notification. Resend delivers the brief to our team. Budget and project details are not sent to analytics. You can contact hello@wizards.us instead of using the form.
