The rack
Four platforms we build and run. Flip a bay to boot it, then open it. Bring the whole rack online and the floor pays you for it.

How we build
Everything runs on the gamification cycle
Games, apps and platforms — we build all three around the same loop that keeps players coming back. The loop is the product architecture, not a layer of badges on top of it.
Game design and pre-production that define mechanics, player experience, scope and viability…

Game design and pre-production services
Where an idea becomes a documented, reviewable game scope
The design and pre-production stage defines rules, player decisions, user flows, content, technical dependencies, scope, and acceptance criteria. It tests assumptions before full production, while changes are easier to evaluate.
Our game design and pre-production services help iGaming, casino, and online gaming projects turn an idea into a clear and well-defined experience, ready to be developed with fewer risks and greater coherence.
Design applied to real iGaming projects
Our process combines product definition, game design, UI/UX, prototyping, technical input, and market-specific constraints. User research or usability testing is included only when it is part of the agreed scope.
Pre-production creates a shared specification that stakeholders can review before committing to full production. It connects game rules, product constraints, UI/UX, content, technical dependencies, risks, and acceptance criteria.
We start by understanding what you want to launch, for whom, and with what goal. We define the type of game, player profile, market, and iGaming context so that the pre-design has direction and is not just inspiration.

We design gameplay with clear rules and logic
We turn the idea into a playable system: mechanics, progression, conditions, rewards, and player decisions. Here we avoid the typical “we will solve it later” that ends up generating rework and internal friction.
3
We build the player flow and the complete experience
We define how the player moves within the game, what they see first, what they understand, what actions they take, and what drives them to continue. This step connects game design with user experience to reduce confusion and improve retention.
4
UI/UX designed so the player does not get lost
We design the interface structure and navigation logic so the game can be understood without endless tutorials. We prioritize visual clarity, hierarchy, consistency, and UI/UX decisions that support gameplay, not complicate it.
6
Early validation before moving to production
We review coherence, friction points, and potential drop-off moments while it is still inexpensive to adjust. This accelerates development because it reduces late changes, internal discussions, and decisions made with the game already built.

Deliverables ready for production review
We deliver the documentation, flows, functional definitions, prototypes, and UI/UX criteria included in scope, with open questions and ownership recorded for production planning.
If you have an idea, this is where it becomes a real game
Pre-production turns a game idea into a scope that product, design, engineering, QA, and certification partners can review. It does not predict commercial success, but it makes assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria explicit.

We know the environment and how to solve unforeseen issues
It is normal to want to move fast and jump straight into development. But these are the situations that usually appear when the design foundation is not well worked, and exactly where this stage makes the difference:
“We have the idea clear, but each person understands it differently”
“The team argues over details because there is no solid definition”
“We started development and changes keep appearing”
“The interface looks good, but the player does not understand what to do”
“We do not know if the game engages or becomes repetitive”
“We want to launch fast, but without risking redoing things later”
If any of these points sound familiar, what you need is not more speed: it is more clarity before building.
If you have a game idea or an ongoing project and want to avoid mistakes before building, this is the right moment. Let’s analyze your game and define a clear foundation to develop it with more security, focus, and efficiency.
Why is it key to work on game design before development?
It is the stage where rules, player decisions, scope, user flows, dependencies, and acceptance criteria are defined. This gives the team a reviewable baseline before production and can expose rework risks early.
What is the difference between game design and technical development?
Game design defines how the game is played, what decisions the player makes, and what experience is intended. Development is responsible for building that technically. When design is not clear, development moves forward with doubts, constant adjustments, and higher cost.
Do game design services include UI/UX design?
Yes. Our game design services include experience and interface design (UI/UX) to ensure the game is understandable, usable, and coherent. In iGaming projects, poor user experience often translates into early abandonment.
Is this service only for new games or also for ongoing projects?
It works for both cases. We can work from scratch in the pre-production phase or intervene in projects already underway that need to organize mechanics, redefine flows, or improve the experience before continuing development.
What do you get at the end of the design and pre-production phase?
Deliverables can include mechanics, rules, player flows, wireframes or prototypes, UI/UX criteria, content requirements, risks, dependencies, and production acceptance criteria.
How long does a design and pre-production process take?
It depends on the game, number of systems, prototype fidelity, research needs, stakeholders, and approval process. We estimate the phase after defining its deliverables and decision owners.
Do you work specifically with casino and iGaming projects?
Yes. Our design services are adapted to online casino games, iGaming platforms, and digital gaming projects, where rule clarity, player experience, and retention are critical factors.
Does design also take business and retention objectives into account?
Yes. The brief can include product and business constraints alongside usability, accessibility, rules, and responsible-gaming requirements. Design choices do not guarantee engagement, retention, or commercial performance.
